Freedom Title

I have had nothing but positive experiences using Freedom Title. In particular, Laurie has been wonderful. My wife and I have had multiple sales and purchases and we always go back. In addition, as a licensed mortgage originator, I can count on Freedom Title to have all the details worked out, ensuring a smooth and timely closing for my clients.

I would never use the freedom title in the future. I had to wait over 40 minutes at their office. Total closong time took almost 2 hr. They did not set up a mobile notary, which i requested a week ago. They spent 40min to figure out who made mistakes while I was waiting in the office. My closing was delayed 3 more days because they didn't do their job. It looks unprofessional to me. As a developer, i have more plan buying and selling house, title company service is a must have partner. I would not give them my future project. Purchasing house is a big deal to ordinary people. All selling & buying processes should be smooth and on time.

What a wonderful group. They guided me through the process of my closings for both selling and buying. The follow up was an unexpected surprise. I was extremely dissatisfied with this company's handling of my closing. It started a year ago when I sold my house and bought a new one to downsize. My deceased husband's grown children were challenging the sale wanting money. My husband had a will leaving them nothing (they were not a part of his life). However it was missing one witness so "not valid". The title company contacted them and this was relayed. I did have a valid Deed of Trust leaving everything to me. They refused to use this so I could close. My buyers agreed to rent from me so these grown children wouldn't get anything. For the next 7 months I was homeless.
