When you hire a property management company, you expect for them to have YOUR (the home owners) best interest in mind. That means, if you go to finally sell the home, you don’t have to spend hundreds on repairs and updates to compensate for the renters, right? No this company chose to withhold the security deposit so that we (the homeowners, get to fix everything out of pocket, and that everything discovered is considered “wear and tear.” All in all, I do not recommend this company if you are a home owner looking to rent out your property.
