If there was a way to give less than 1 star I would. They have been a nightmare during our entire loan. If you’re on active duty or reserve don’t use them. They did not follow the SCRA, which is a law. Marked us late all the time. Even though we were on auto pay. When we sold the house. They dinged us for being late on the months we sold the house. Don’t use this company.

Is there any way I could get out of this loan company without refinancing with another company? I really don’t know how to get out of this loan. They charged me a fee because the bank said I didn’t have sufficient funds in my account, even though I told them to take the payment from my savings and not my checking. Despite that, they took the mortgage payment from my checking again. Now it’s been almost two weeks, and I’m close to being 15 days late, even though I tried to make the payment a week before the due date.

Let’s start with communication does not exist in this company, every question asked is someone else’s job and they love to send you in circles to waste your time. Don’t believe any numbers they say or send to you and I also found out that if you receive mail from them they believe it to be fake even though a mortgage company with sooo many people’s viable information should be able to track recorded phone calls and mail that’s sent out? Beware and just know if 0 stars was an option it would be my first choice!

My mortgage loan was recently sold to Freedom Mortgage. I receive, on average, 3 calls a week and emails almost every day, letting me know that I can refinance. I've asked multiple times to stop harassing me, but it is ignored. It's beyond aggravating. It's ridiculous this is a common practice in the lending world.

I called to discuss refinancing 5 of my properties! I went thru the automated service and verified all my info. They this lady that barely speaks English came on and made me do the same thing again! I told her about potentially refi a few of my properties. Less then 1 min later she asked me why I was calling ?????? I asked her several times for a loan officer and she refused to transfer my call! Then she puts me on hold for 4 min and comes back on the line just to hang up on me! Guess they will not be getting my business!
