A showing was confirmed, but never showed I arrived early. Waited 15 minutes after the actual time frame, left phone calls and messages. In return I have received no notification or call backs. This was for 32 maple st in Spencer for MA state.

Very unprofessional. I call to get information on a property soon after the for rent sign went up. I told the lady I was interested and to please take down my name and phone number when ready to be viewed. She said it would be ready to be view April 4th. So on that day I called her instead and she told me oh I already took 3 applications on this bouse I’m not taking anymore. I said well why you didn’t tell me that the day I called you were taking applications. She said They just walked in and I took them. It really hurt my feeling because I called shortly after the sign went up because I drive that way daily. I was very polite, and really wanted a 3bdrm with a yard.

Very unprofessional dont care attitude they have mold in their houses and they could careless as long as you making a payment i know several people kids were getn sick, some of the appliances in their homes dont work they dont fix nothing all they care about is the money these house shouldn't be lived in but they rent them out anyway despite the health risk

They been good at fixing things a timely matter. Always pleasant.

Very professional and returned my call promptly. Would highly recommend.
