I put down a deposit on a lot that I was buying several years ago . But with in a month or too Keith Evans had his secretary or assistant I don’t know what she that worked in his office to call me and told me Keith wanted his lot back . I was really sick with the flue and told her no I wanted to keep it and she called me back later and said Keith wants the lot and somebody else wanted it and he would return my payment. After telling her again no and she keep insisting so I finally told her I wanted my money back and he could show that lot up his —— —, I am so thankful that I didn’t let him build a house for me from what I have seen in some that he had built for sale A year or so later . .
