Freedom Gardens Apartments

It has. Been over 9. Months and I still have not got my deposit back. And when I call the office I am told they have no control of me getting my money back. But they have all the control of taking it.... Make that make since. So here I am asking again...... Please help me get my check of 250 I put down only to be told I make to much money after weeks of thinking we had the place. Beware. Tread lightly with the office. They smile and put on a cool picture only to have the rug riped from under you........ So make sure all your ducks are in a row .... If this only helps one person ....ni did my job. Unlike the front desk that still to this day has my money. Good luck. And P.S. full of bugs so be ready for that. Not talking shot. Just facts.....

I’ve lived here for a while, and my experience has been mixed. The previous office staff were unhelpful and communication wasn’t great, which made living here frustrating at times. However, since the new manager, Jeremy, took over, things seem to be improving. He’s responsive, professional, and appears to genuinely care about getting the community back on track. Hoping the positive changes continue — it’s nice to finally see some progress.

This place needs negative stars. Jeremy in the office is completely incompetent at best and at worst is picking and choosing who he wants to live there and making life unliveable for you if he decides to. Our hot water was out for a mo. Three weeks later... Corporate response which is truly laughable. That's how they'll fix your major issues too. Weeks later, anyways, check out their ratings on the Better Business Bureaus website and make your decision from there. Happy Apartment hunting!

I must say after a crappy first few months of moving to Florida this Leasing office team has turned my experience around. Katie, Christy, & Jeremy all went above and beyond to get us taken care of! When we first showed up at the property everyone was on lunch and Katie stopped us and told us if we were looking for an apartment that there was amazing specials going on and we would want to hang out the 15 min until their lunch was over so we did just that and the 3 of them worked magic and had us moved in by Jan 1st. We can’t begin to thank them enough for all they done for us! I also would like to add the maintenance team Hector, Josh, and Jose exceeded our expectations with quickly getting everything we needed fixed and taken care of. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better group of people!!!

They take their sweet time getting back to you in the office. It's always hurry up and wait and they act like they don't want to rent out their apartments.
