I am absolutely thrilled with my new home! Moving here all the way from Italy was a huge step, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. The management team—Lucy, Chania, and Rosalie—has been incredibly supportive and welcoming from day one. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home; since I was moving from abroad, they were so kind and patient, even offering a hand with my luggage and ensuring my internet was set up and ready before I even walked in. Every interaction has been positive and constructive. They are always available and genuinely focused on helping out. Both of them took the time to answer all of my questions, talk through different options with me, and follow up when they said they would. Rosalie really went out of her way to explore possibilities and see what could work best for our situation. I really appreciated how thoughtful and thorough she was throughout the process.
