Very bad experience dealing with this company. We looked at a location for lease to open our 2nd location so we contacted the agent for info. Agent is very professional and answers timely manner but the problem here is with the company and landlord. Here is the details provided by agent. 1. Location has previous equipments in that suite so the agent said if we take it as is the owner will move forward very quickly so we counter offer that we would like the reimbursement for the removal and build out. 2. Agent replies by saying the owner said they will find some one to remove the equipment their seld and I had yo wait. 3. We agreed to what the agent said after 4 weeks of wait agent replies that the owner is still looking for some one to remove. 4. I said that we will take it AS IS to make
