Franklin Manor Apartments

Hi i will be going into Morristown this week ,will I be able to physically see one of the apartments? My husband lived there in the late 60s to late 70s. We are retiring and thinking about moving to the area

Other than the location nothing about it is really nice. Especially for the price inflation for apartments. You might as well spend a couple hundred to go somewhere else in town or go to a cheaper town. I liked living here but things were always breaking and half fixed. No amenities like other oxford communities. They probably used the cheapest material in the appts. Heat cannot be controlled so most people leave AC on all year or open windows it can get hot. Quiet community but parking can be a pain sometimes it's first come first serve. Ask someone who lives here before you move.

A very good community to move into in Morristown. Close to Downtown. Flexibility if you have dogs. Also, good walking & jogging space in the area.

Literally the worst landlord of all time. No follow up from her until you push her for weeks. Breaks the law by letting people into your apartment without notice. Generally unhelpful, unresponsive, and fake. Do not live here.

Way too much rent for what you get. If I'm gonna pay this much....might as well go into 1of them luxury units above Starbucks
