After driving around for an hour and a half trying to find parking and being cut off by idiot drivers when I give pedestrians enough room to walk at the zebras, google maps failing us, nobody knowing how a turn signal works, and missing our dinner reservation because the 5 garages listed as 24hr access in this area ACTUALLY are only open till 7, this garage was a lifesaver. Not only does it have tons of space, an easily accessible entryway, but it also has the cheapest parking I’ve ever seen in a city. Thank you for not being a shitty parking garage. I now know to come here if I need parking. It might not help me avoid the absolutely abysmal drivers that DC seems to have, but at least I won’t waste my time and money.

I used the parking garage under Franklin Court. The elevators down to the garage were directly beside the doors, meaning I was walking maybe 1 foot through the building - Yet I was still chased down to be told my vested service dog was not welcome in clear violation of ADA law.
