I moved in 6/28. Apt assigned because apt originally leased for was not up and ready. Had to take another.,Well lots of fixed had to be done. I must say Colleen Brady got on to of things , got together with Adam and between the two, the ball rolled nicely. Adam was amazing , in a day …. He got new dishwasher straightened out, installed new dryer, fixed faucets, clean disgusting exhaust fan, adjusted the old stove . Nothing he could do with huge dent in refrigerator, could not adjust floor under washer, did not have materials, could not do anything for door to hide washer and dryer, could not fix or adjust the old cabinets. I’ve been here six years and thankfully this is my last few months. I’ve finally had the pleasure of meeting management. Her name is Jacqueline and she is the most condescending rude individual you could possibly meet. Her passive aggressive arrogance and her disgusting smirk certainly explain why she’s in the office in the back everyday and not dealing with residents on a daily basis. She came out of nowhere when I was speaking to an agent at the front desk. When I asked if she was Amber(who is the assistant property manager I have been emailing with and have rapport with). She immediately asked why I wanted to know if she was Amber. And immediately flexed on me saying she was her supervisor. She’s extremely rude with a smile on her face. Worst management and the worst apartment we have ever lived in. The noise from the unit above is nonstop and unbearable. Even after sending multiple audio recordings, the leasing office refuses to take responsibility and calls this “normal.” Living here is absolute torture. Every single day is miserable, and being stuck in this lease feels like a nightmare. I genuinely beg new residents: do not move here.

Horrible don’t do it. The hot water tank goes out at least twice a month. You can’t get in touch with no one. This place has changed for the worst. There’s always trash at the dumpster piled up. They don’t believe in replacing things. And if they do replace anything , it is with the most cheap cheapest equipment, This place is absolutely horrible. Before you sign that lease, talk to the residence they’ll tell you people barely stay. Someone’s always moving out within a year.

I won’t advised anyone to go here , I paid reservations fee in these apartments my application got denied , they refused to refund me my $200 for reservation fee that is refundable. Since December 22 till now and their staff keep acting like it is non of their concern , I am planing to get the cops involved in these because is fraud
