Franklin American Mortgage Company

This is my first mortgage, so I'm not sure how it generally goes, but by the time I got my welcome package, 3 weeks after settlement, my loan had been sold internally. I would not have gotten my new loan number and payment instructions until 3 days before the first payment was due if I had not called and ferreted this out. Then, when I asked to switch to bimonthly payments, they sent the first notice to my old apartment, not the house, even though we had changed our address with the mortgage company. I sent payment and authorization a week before payment was due, and it was not applied for another 2 weeks (i.e. so that it was late!). It's now been 3 weeks and I have not had my ACH approval confirmed with them, meaning it'll be at least another month before the payments are deducted aut
