Frankford Flats Apartments

I live across the street from these apartments and I can honestly say that every Sunday when I am assuming their office is closed, there are loud people working on cars and blaring their loud music so loud I can hear it across the street. My apartment has this issue to, but its not as loud as these. This afternoon, a group of hispanic men by a white SUV had a huge stereo so loud It was blaring through my apartment complex. Absolutely ridiculous. It is not just on Sundays, I can hear cars playing loud music from this complex pretty frequently. I don't know how these residents stand it.

Came from out of town got approved immediately best experience ever very nice office staff. Best customer service. Update: I been here an over a year bout to sign a new Lease . I love my apartment nothing negative to say apts, manager Mary is the best and Rosy the assistant is wonderful and ada good also . Don’t look at the negative comments of these people most probably just didn’t get the way they make negative comments. The manager is a young hard working lady she run this property very well and I appreciate all she do for all us on this property. Thanks a million Mary and staff. You are appreciate ❤️

Ada was so helpful and patience, she did above and beyond to make my move in feel so comfortable and at home , This is a great property they treat you like family.

The apartments is mold infested, cockroach infested, management puts their residents last and it’s mad expensive for such a nasty apartment. I don’t understand the good reviews this complex is getting because it’s all bogus. Manager care too much in having pretty nails but a nasty attitude. I’ve lived here for 3 years and in those years it was a nightmare. I’ve had issues with mold and no matter how many times it’s brought up to these people they don’t care they tell you to submit a work order but never get to it until you call. They have a roach infestation problem, it’s disgusting!!!

If you are a visitor, make sure you register your car! I've been visiting my parents at this complex for the past two years and never had issue until last night. The signs are not obvious and apparently they don't make it known to residents about visitor parking. Also, my parents are senior citizens and don't check email that often so if that's how they're making it known, everyone may not be aware. Great holiday present to have to come out of pocket $200 to get my car back after being parked for an hour🙄 happy they're moving!
