We decided to hire a new realtor and found Frank after seeing his amazing reviews on the website Zillow. We gave him a call and interviewed him over the phone to make sure he met our needs. Frank was exactly what we were looking for so we met the following day. After seeing several houses we ended up buying the first home he showed us. We fell in love with the home and almost lost it. Frank is simply the best. When we first met with him, it was a year after initially reaching out via email. He was patient and never pushy, even when we told him wouldn’t seriously be looking for a home for another year or more. Yet he continued to answer questions via email or text whenever we had them, and when we found “the” house, he negotiated on our behalf like the pro that he is...and now we’re living in our dream home with our little family, thanks to Frank! I’d recommend him to anyone (and already have!) and am so grateful he stuck by us for more than a year!

Once we gave Frank a very general an idea of what we were looking for he was able to point us in the right direction and picked the right towns to look in and sent us plenty of houses for us to look through and find exactly what we were looking for. Without Frank we never would have picked the town we ended up buying in and we are glad he he suggested it to get us out of our comfort zone. From the first conversation to the closing of the house he made it easy for us and walked us through every step of the way and was there to answer any stupid questions we had at any time because he understood we were first time homebuyers and needed to be walked through the process and he did with no problems at all and he made it fun and funny too. Frank helped us find our home and really went above and beyond. It's silly and cliche to say, but throughout the process he was more than just a real estate person, as he often let us talk beyond just house talk - which goes a long way when you are very nervous about making such a large life decision. When a person really listens to your families needs and goals, it definitely goes a long way to narrowing down the perfect house. We had some bumps with the actual sales process that were related to the sellers end which required us to jump through hoops, and Frank helped us with every step, often advocating for our us, giving us advice for things we really knew nothing about, and ultimately made what would have been a very painful process.
