It was a wonderful experience in the process of finding my apartment. I am very satisfied. The people in charge are very proactive and quick in their follow-up.

I have lived at Francis Crossing Homes for 25 years. The comment about insects bothered me. Management takes new tenants at their face value. They do not inspect move in trucks boxes etc. If ever a complaint of insect etc. they address it immediately. Not one family nor myself have insects. We do our part as tenants and management does their part as well.. Working together for health and safety always priority. I'm grateful to Maintenance and Management....Respectfully fortunate tenant.

I lived there for 5 years and I have to say it is an amazing place. There a few things that I didn't like but other than those issues everything was perfect. The move in was smooth and took a few days with no interruptions. The neighbors were very friendly. We did have problems with some mouse but the maintenance came with some type of treatment right away and it did the trick for 4 years. Whenever I called the maintenance they were always there and on time. They did not rush into any process. In the summer time it was even better. The area is located near an ice cream shop that sells great ice cream. It is also located to a small park where you can have little family cookouts or just to enjoy the view. From looking at apartment to move in only took one day. Apartment itself is alright, had ant problems in the kitchen a couple times. My direct neighbors (above and across) were friendly. There was a seal about an inch back from each of the windows that was leaking water when it rained, which made sleeping a bit unpleasant during the two particularly bad storms I was there for, no issues other than that. Parking is great, never had an issue finding parking. Only one shooting in parking lot while I lived there. Still waiting on security deposit 8 months after moving out, call once a month, never receive call back.
