Foxwood Corporate Apartments

I absolutely loved this apartment I honestly miss it. It was so cute and perfect for me and my husband as we were waiting for our military housing but had to move out of the beacon to establish BAH. It was such a cute apartment it reminded me of the 90s gave friends vibes. They provided everything from kitchen ware to towels. It was just truly such the cutest apartment.

Nice place. The apartments are older and outdated. But they are clean and the complex is family oriented and pretty quiet. Parking is good for San Diego standards. Nice pool and hot tub. The onsite laundry is good but it’s smaller so it’s filled up a lot of times. All in all this is a nice place and safe.

FASHBACK almost 40 yrs ago this was our first apartment. We're visiting San Diego & thought we would check it out. Nice job maintaining the complex 🌻

I had a newborn & my neighbor kept smoking weed and drinking with their door wide open. All the smells went into my apartment. I reported it to management multiple times and didn’t do anything to them as they continues to do it. Moved out afterwards. Very old school furnished, the mattresses are not comfortable. The apartment garden and pool are well kept. It was ridiculous Yard work was done so early in the morning waking my baby! Could hear the neighbors tv or them talk, not good walls.

If I could give 0 stars, I would 100% do just that. They have taken all but $155 out of our deposit because they did routine “cleaning” which should be coming out of their own pockets according to the landlord/tenant lawyers I spoke with. They reel you in while you’re in the office renting and pretend to be the sweetest people but they exploit military members and their families. Do NOT rent here, it’s not worth it. There is homeless people that try to get into the cars in the lot, and there are people who do drugs in the area the dumpsters are in. Terrible place to have your kids, speaking from experience. There is no AC and you are not allowed to go out and buy one either which is super dangerous if pregnant or you have small children and infants. Overall terrible snake place to live. Th
