Foxtail Glen on White Pond

I am currently experiencing serious maintenance and habitability issues in my apartment, including ongoing water leaks and black mold in the bathroom that make the shower unsafe and unusable, a microwave that remains nonfunctional despite repair and replacement attempts, and flooring that is coming up and creating a safety hazard. These issues have not been properly resolved. This situation is especially concerning because I have underlying autoimmune and vascular health conditions, making exposure to mold and unsafe living conditions a significant health risk. Despite notifying mana~ament and allowing access for repairs, the problems continue.

I have lived here at Foxtail going on 10 years. I like my place and my neighbors. I have gotten older and have a problem with the stair . I do not want to move to another location. In the 9 years noth

Previous tenant smoked in the place and we’re noticing the walls are seeping with tobacco smell. It’s making everything and everyone who comes in smell like stale smoke. I’m also noticing our neighbor smokes weed inside as well and I know when they are sparking up just by opening the closet door or the shower curtain. These two things are very clearly against the lease but also this is very clearly not being enforced. Great place for your first apartment for sure, but it comes with smelling like stale cigarettes and weed.

Everybody was very nice. They were real helpful. My apartment is beautiful.

Best place I've ever lived. The people are nice and you don't hear anything from neighbors below or above you!
