What can I say? The rats clearly love it here. When we first moved in, there was rat droppings hidden behind the stove, behind the dishwasher, under the sink — even inside the stove and refrigerator. That is absolutely unacceptable. You cannot be serious. Yes, maintenance may be “quick,” but what good is that when basic sanitation was ignored before we moved in? And how many times have we called about residents leaving trash outside their doors for 24 hours or more? Nothing changes. No one seems to care. Instead of addressing real issues, management would rather monitor residents walking up and down the neighborhood and watch traffic. Meanwhile, there’s a serious cleanliness problem being ignored. I’m actually doing you a favor by not publicly posting the photos of all the rat droppings

Kathy has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She's responsive, professional, and always goes above and beyond to help. Moving in was a smooth experience thanks to her. If I were the boss, I'd give her a raise — but since I'm not, this 5-star review will have to do! Highly recommend!

Been here a little over a month ; neighbors are nice ; maintenance is quick and friendly . No Complaints☺️ (PS Sam in the leasing office is Amazing !! He was a great communicator and made the moving process a breeze !)

We just moved in and I want to especially thank Katherine for being so friendly and a pleasure to work with! Everything we wanted in an apartment home she was able to deliver. She stayed on top of all the paper work and rental verifications and made the application process easy and smooth. We were able to get approved within a week.

New tenant, been here a little over a week. The space is amazing for the price ! Gym membership and laundry service included. The balancy is a nice icing on the cake for such a quiet neighborhood. Some services needed to be done when I moved in but they came ASAP and handled each work order quickly and efficiently. Katherine was an amazing help during the moving in process she was; patient, communicative, friendly, and very responsive. Thank you !
