I love Foxchase!! The apartments are spacious for the cost. The utilities are amazing. The front staff is so nice, especially Pauline!! Have not had any bug problems. The parking is small but amazing. So much better than in DC. It’s an apartment so you smell things people make for dinner in the hallway. If you don’t like that, buy a house. It doesn’t smell in the apartment. The amenities here are so awesome. Gyms are everywhere and pools!! The smart locks are so nice. No need for keys and you have your own washer and dryer!! I’ve lived in a few different apartment complexes over the years and this will be my last. I feel safe here even at night. Best neighborhood I’ve lived in so far in northern VA. I love it. Best place for a best price in northern Virginia!!

My daughter rented a one bedroom. We did have some issues with response time from leasing agents at renting but the biggest issues were that there was a man sleeping in the gym on more than one occasion when she went in the early mornings. Not a resident. Also someone was constantly throwing food at her door. Reporting these two issues did nothing. My main issue is that we requested a smoke detector for the hearing impaired at move in (required by state law to be provided by the lessor) and it took a month to install. Then at move out last week I realized it is not even the right kind of smoke detector (non visual). Thank God there was never a fire. I will say the unit was clean, pleasant and convenient.

The staff very friendly and professional, and the apartement very spaciously for 1 bedroom and clean. It is closer to my work and stores. We have not had snow since 2016 right? and nice once ahwile to see snow come down welcoming to my new apartement. Keep up a great work and services. Thank you, Best regards, Andy

Foxchase Apartments has a lot of problems, including ongoing bug issues. Management only responds to problems if they decide it’s “their responsibility”; otherwise, they blame the city and do nothing. Security is poor — packages get stolen, and there’s no real action taken. There are also bug problems in the apartments, which is unacceptable for the price they charge. They collect many different fees, but those fees feel meaningless. For example, they charge a trash fee, yet you still have to take your trash outside yourself 🤦‍♂️ When it snows, sidewalks are completely closed and not cleaned at all. It becomes impossible to walk around safely. Most likely, they will blame the city instead of taking responsibility for cleaning their own area. There is no self-service printing. If you nee

August Update: I sent this exact message to the Foxchase Management team one month before I posted it. Within an hour of posting the review, the property manager called and asked me to take it down — because, as he said, “my boss is going to see this.” When I asked why no one ever responded to my original email outlining all these issues, they had no answer. They are fully aware of the problems but will only try to make things right if you publicly shame them. And since they asked me to remove the review — here are a few more reasons not to move to Foxchase: Look at the price compared to the rest of the area. There’s a reason they’re so cheap. In my building alone (12 units total), four of us moved out within the same week. When I spoke with my neighbors, they echoed the same complaints I
