Fox Manor

This place is perceived as horrible but I’ve lived here for years and the maintenance tech has really improved the property over the past couple years I see him taking care of everything and no matter how busy I see him he’ll stop what he’s doing to fix any problem in the units if any i truly enjoy staying here very peaceful and quiet and beautiful trails

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone if you need to ask a question or need anything. I lived here for a year. My refrigerator went out and it took the 4 day to get me a new one 100s of dollars or meet went bad. I’ve had a parking pass in my truck from day one and they still towed it cost me 350 to get back. There is only one ac in the ones bedroom apartments and it’s in the living rooms so unless you enjoy being hotter than hell when you sleep you’ll be sleeping in the living. My dishwasher was never properly secured in place and they try to say it was my fault. And make sure you keep every receipt from your rent checks because they will try to say you didn’t pay.

My mother lives there it is clean there are no bug problems or pests. There are lovely walking trails directly behind the building.

Lived here for 2 years with a friend and made some of the best friends/ family members that I still see regularly. The complex is older but the maintenance man does his best to keep everything in order. The bike trails are close, the scenic park behind the building which is a great place to take walks or let your pet adventure around at. If I could move there again I would. I rather enjoyed that chapter in my life. The tenants seem to average younger in age but some of the tenants are seniors in thier years spent at Fox manor. The laundry room is plenty large and clean to do huge loads of laundry if necessary and the units facilitate up to 2 bedrooms for larger families. No heat or hot water for 4 days now & not one word from management, no offer to put people in a hotel & there are multiple tenants with small children with temps below freezing. Do not rent here… 12/11/23 no heat or hot water again for residents and some of who are small children. Management needs to put them in hotels until they can get the boiler fixed
