I dont know where to begin but just to keep it short I can no longer advise anyone to rent from this location or any other Hubbard Properties. I had a apartment for almost 7 years and due to unforseen circumstances I needed to end my lease. The leasing agent Amber mishandled what I needed to do and now im legally stuck with a 6 month lease that I didn't need. All of this could have been a quick fix but instead of looking out for the residents who have never caused trouble I am being punished for speaking up. Im a disabled vets and out country is in the middle of a recession as well. Long story short they dont care about you and I can no longer support a business who operates as such and I would also suggest that any of my fellow brothers and sisters of military do not as well. Lived here from Aug 2020-Aug 2023 and it progressively got worse while I was there. These apartments were built in the 60s or 70s and they've barely been maintained. They basically put "paint on a pig" with their so called "remodeled units". Our neighbors had roaches and that soon became our problem as well even with regular pest control. We had plumbing issues that caused damage to our apartment and then we were hit with $2000 worth of charges for "damage". When I turned in my keys I gave them a forwarding address and they must have thrown it away because 2 months later we got a call from a collections agency notifying us for the first time of these supposed damage charges. When I first moved here.. I will admit, it was the cheapest around and looked pretty nice on the inside. Spacious for a 1bd room. But bbbby.. when I tell you, the roaches here are BOLD they pretty much come up during the day, anytime. No matter what I do (traps,sprays) they will come out everywhere! It’s disgusting to the point where I am CLEAN and I don’t even wanna cook in my own home out of fear of them coming out. Pest control doesn’t work (just maintenance coming in to spray and makes nothing better) it could be spotless and the roaches just be chacha dancing around like they pay rent! SOLID 4.2/10 There's some bad mostly good, so here's my lists being honest Here's the bad 1. Pool is down, and has been for a while, GRANTED they are working to get it right its just slow going. 2. Maintenance doesn't really refill the dog poop bags, normally not a big deal BUT I feel that since pet rent is paid per pet so I feel like they should refill more with how many dogs are around (I have two and yes I pickup 90% of the time) 3. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Was the worst place we have ever lived. We experienced everything from constant maintenance issues to roaches to horrific neighbors. One of the ladies in the office, I think it was Kayla, was very rude and no help. Maintenance basically puts “bandaids” on major plumbing and other issues.
