Fox Chase Apartments

For the price the interior needs a facelift. I signed lease sight unseen. That’s my fault. Dated heating system. Tub surround looks like something out of a horror movie. There’s some kind of discoloration I can’t get out of the toilet. The make ready process was done poorly. Whoever painted did not care. The only plus is the location. The photos are from move in day.

The apartments are dated and need to be renovated with new appliances asking for 1500+ a month for that is ridiculous

My apartment everyday still has a bad smell to it I reported it several times to maintenance and the housing inspector it smell like old Chinese food that is rotten snelll no one smell what I smell except my boy’s and my self I am looking to move this year when my lease is up

The maintenance person did an excellent work to repair the broken items. Thank you.

My move in was extremely smooth. I had a few minor issues and Jerry came the first day and make sure everything was in working order.
