The Trumann franchise is awful! Very poor customer service and poor quality food. Wait time for order is usually very long. Have visited 3 or 4 times and each time is a bad experience. I don't know how they stay open. On one visit I went in to order and left because could not get service. Employees talking and ignoring customers. On my last and final visit, I ordered a large potatoes with my order. The potatoes literally looked as someone had eaten out of it with a spoon and it was almost half empty. I will never visit again and encourage others to go elsewhere for food!!!! :(((

My husband and I do business with this company and we have not been disappointed. We get paid every time we send the invoice in a very timely manor. We have the trust from them that a business should working for someone. We feel like we are treated and respected by our profession, and we are grateful for the great business/customer relationship we have.

Taco Bell on Caraway Rd. NEVER AGAIN. cashier and friends hanging out at the counter another person draped over the counter at the other end flirting with one of the employees. Manager standing there not saying a word. Had to order by kiosk because you couldn't get to the counter because of the socializing. Took half an hour to get our food.

Their Taco Bell location on Caraway in Jonesboro, AR is the worst food establishment I have ever encountered in my life. Wait times in the drive thru are ridiculous and then you’re met at the window with attitude and a complete disregard for doing a good job or the fact that they’re handling abs responsible for food that people are looking forward to. I work in the food industry and the fact that ownership is completely aware and does nothing is a slap in the face to the community it serves.

Restaurant location #52 Shelby Dr Memphis needs Corporate attention ASAP!! Very dirty and unstocked in the lobby. Saw a roach in the lobby, employees playing on their phones instead of filling condiments and cleaning the lobby. Manager stayed in office the entire time not acknowledging any customer. Place needs to clean house, sad reputation for customer service in the food industry.
