Fourth Street Flats Apartments

My husband and I lived here for one year, and are just moving out this month. This is one of the best apartments we’ve ever lived in, and the best management team we ever had. We didn’t have any complaints during our 1-year stay here. Whenever we had service requests, they were resolved within a day (many times within a few hours even for non-urgent requests). Brianna and Annette from the management team are super responsive, hands-on when needed, and the most delightful pair! Thank you for providing us an amazing home! P.S: we lived on the top floor and our unit had splendid views of the Sandia mountains. We had one year of beautiful sunrise views, great views of the October balloon fiesta, and the beautiful mountains during sunsets

I’ve been staying here for a year and a half, and it’s been an outstanding experience. Unfortunately, I had to move to another state, otherwise, I would have stayed forever. Brianna, the manager, is exceptional—her dedication and kindness make a significant difference. The entire apartment building is impeccably clean, and the unit itself was fantastic with all brand-new amenities. We never encountered any issues during our stay. I’m truly sad to be leaving and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for high-quality living in a well-managed and welcoming environment.

I have lived at Fourth Street Flats for 5 years now. This property is one of the best in town. I’d be crazy not to say that living here has brought safety and security to my life in more ways than I could ever imagine. It’s clean and well kept! Brianna is one of the most respectful & caring property managers I’ve ever had. She keeps the property up to par & goes out of her way to make sure we are all cared for in ways that make us family. Annette is also such a blessing in her attention to cleanliness and upkeep! There are so many properties in town that take advantage of tenants, so it brings me peace to know I can live in a place that allows me to flourish in other areas of my life! Fourth Street Flats apartments is by the far the best I have ever rented from. I. will and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to rent. The building is safe, clean, and quiet. It truly feels like a community. I never felt more safe and it is obvious Brianna takes the residents' safety seriously. Brianna was such a wonderful person and property manager. She always greeted everyone and took time to get to know the residents. She was always quick to respond and always addressed any needs. I am just so thankful to have lived here and even more appreciative that Brianna loves her job and cares so much for everyone in the building.

I had an amazing time living here. The apartment is gorgeous—spacious, modern, and really well-maintained with all the stylish features and great appliances you’d want. The standout feature of this place is the level of care and attention to detail. Whenever I needed something or had a request, it was handled quickly and efficiently.
