If I could give zero stars I would. The management is nice but policies were some of the worst i’ve seen. Not only were the policies bad but the apartment I lived in had missing/broken blinds when I moved in. There was a hole from water damage in the ceiling and the toilet was broken at first. I had to cut my lease short and they wanted to charge over $5000 just to leave. Management was changed 4 times in the 1 year and 4 months I lived there. No respect and there are much better places to live!

Do not move here. We have had a horrible expierence. Units are dirty, management sucks, and it is insanely overpriced. Much better options in Columbia that are renovated and at the same price point.

A perfect balance of amenities and affordability, superior location

READ before signing!! Let me start with - management and maintenance have been 5/5 stars. They are absolutely amazing in responding immediately to our issues. NOISE from neighbors has been a huge issue and something I wish I knew about prior to signing. There is no sound barrier in the walls and you can hear just about everything your neighbors do. We have to hear our neighbor snore every single night - which is super creepy and we haven’t gotten a good night sleep since moving in. It has kind of been a nightmare. Every step the neighbors make we can somehow hear in our unit. Our place was also pretty beat up upon moving in (kitchen counter photos attached because they are what bother me the most when it comes to aesthetic). It’s definitely very aged - but that comes with the good price
