Four Star Property Management

The lady who answers the phone is incredibly rude. She was short, dismissive, and when I told her so, she called my phone numerous times to be argumentative. After more research, I found several complaints about this management company. It's extremely difficult to find places to live in Santa Fe, and as a result it allows for low standards such as this.

They managed my property for over ten years. We never got any security deposit back from any tenant leaving. We lived out of state so we hired them to take care of our property. When we finally stopped using their services and went into our property, the floors were stained, the wood around the doorways were cracked, there were cockroaches in the house, but she said it was in good shape. She also forged my signature. I really trusted them being far away but I would not recommend them at all.

I should’ve trusted the other one star reviews before moving 16 hours away to deal with these people. It took over three weeks to get our roof leak fixed after we first moved in and now it’s one problem after the other with no solution in sight. We have been missing a kitchen drawer for over two weeks now because the other one fell apart after being held together previously by tape and screws.. nothing is properly managed here. I got called a liar to my face today by Pat because she failed to locate my check in the drop box and I left work to bring her a new one (thinking someone else took it) but her and Amy failed to properly stick their fingers in a box to find it when it was there all along. Too bad it isn’t possible for a negative star. I suggest never renting or allowing them to manage your properties. This place should be a 1 star. They have zero compassion or care for their tenants or property owners. You have to fight with them to fix the bare minimum and they have no regard for your safety.

Do not rent from these little league unethical property managers. They will threaten and harass you, refuse to maintain the properties, and take every penny of your deposit for renovating the junk properties they manage. If you do rent from them, do not answer phone calls. Keep your correspondence to email only. They also told the only black tenant in my complex that he had to park on the street instead of his reserved spot.
