I put multiple offers on a home in clifton park ,NY. My realtor dealt will the listing agent who was also the owner of the home. My initial offer was rejected. She wanted asking price. I have her asking price. She then wanted 5k more which brought it to 450k. She again rejected it. Mind you the house Went back on market prior to my second offer. I figured I had another shot at it. I again, fool that I was , tried one more time. I offered 455k. She again rejected. She claimed she had a higher offer. Ok. I walked away. Few days goes by I get a call from my realtor that she changed her mind and decided to accept my 455k offer. She and her husband went real quick to sign the contract. I gave 8k deposit. She ran to deposit that real fast. 2 days later my realtor calls me. Sh
