Four Seasons Rentals

Absolutely the worst property management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would not under any circumstances do any business with Symantha or Shane Gragg again. Despicable business with worse owners. This tree has been on the house for over 3 weeks and they can't be bothered to even return a text or phone call.

Owner Shane Gragg has a serious issue with taking accountability. Don’t ever expect an apology for his actions. Or lack there of. Very rude and unprofessional!

They have been overall unresponsive after Hurricane Helene when our rental home was left with a tree on the roof and a hole through to a bedroom. We paid October’s rent in good faith after the storm hit on September 27, even though we weren’t staying at our house and I never received a response when I asked whether we should. Fast forward to now, there is still a tree on the house and a hole in the roof we’ve been renting. We have asked them repeatedly (3+ times) when repairs will be made and at best they tell us they’re not sure and at worst they haven’t answered (on two separate occasions). Their actions don’t show that they value their tenants or business and it seems like they have too many properties to deliver on their obligations. If I had any other option, I would never rent a prop

Symantha is an extraordinary landlady. She gave my husband and I a home during the quarantine while we were just getting established. We appreciate the historical place & don’t mind the extra efforts to make it a happy place. Because it is affordable and she does what she can, my husband is a builder who pitches in too and together we will leave it better than we found it. 💗🙏 She deserves a humanitarian award for kindness. I am disabled and she has accommodated our situation. Gina in the office is a great person to chat with when dropping off the rent. Yes, it takes some work to keep an older home functional and we all do it together. Thank You 😊

RENTERS BE WARNED! Poor communication about listed properties. After applications is approved may ask for higher security deposit then listed on Zillow, realtor, or truly app. Furthermore they will ask for pro rated and next month’s rent up front with no warning till you have been approved.
