We are thrilled to share our experiences with Century 21 and Ramona. We first met Ramona in the summer of 2019 when we were searching for a home in Asheville. We lived in New Jersey at the time, and she was very mindful of the difficulties that presented, and efficient in anticipating our needs by only scheduling the best fit properties. We again worked with Ramona this past summer when she helped us find and purchase an investment property. Ramona knows her craft! During each house visit she would point out potential problems she noticed, as well as features she appreciated. When we met with inspectors to discuss their findings, she asked pointed questions and asked for clarifications. I recently was in need of some Commercial Real-Estate Advise. I called Kathy Watkins a realtor we and family have used for years. She recommended Aaron Palmer with Century 21. After spending a couple of hours reviewing or needs and goals Aaron took our information and researched our option. After a few days Aaron came up with a plan.
