We had Lynne Maimone Koszalka from Four Seasons Realty help us find the perfect home for us which wasn't easy with our list of must-haves. She dedicated so much of her time to us and made herself available when we needed her. I couldn't have asked for a better agent from beginning to close. I just bought my house in Staten Island. Listing agent is from four season realty Anthony Ferraro MLS#2404939 He scam peoples with the seller. I got scam to keep the current tenant. The seller want to sell her house and afraid the tenant won't leave so he say the current tenant ia very good and pay rent on time. But the landlord told the neighbors the lady live there didn't pay her 4 months of rent. I found out after closing. Plus, he told me the seller will gives me credit for the things that they agree to fix but never got fix. The did not keep the promise and left me a camera to exchange for credit. This agent can not trust. Better be careful.
