Four Seasons Apartments

DISGUSTING. ROACHES EVERYWHERE NO MATTER HOW CLEAN YOU ARE BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO HIRE PEST CONTROL AND IF THEY DO THEY WILL NOT SPRAY INSIDE. RUDE LANDLORD (who is definitely in diapers and needs a caregiver) HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE. BS RENT AND THEY CHARGE FOR HOT WATER USAGE ON TOP OF REGULAR WATER BILL. NOT TO MENTION THEY STRAIGHT UP LIE TO NEW APPLICANTS ABOUT RENT PRICE.

The parking lot needs fixing the holes are so deep I could stand in them with it being above my ankles or deeper. They want fix the pool we have been without it for 3 years now. We moved in with a garbage disposal we moved to another apartment a few years later and it did not have garbage disposal said they would not replace once it had tore up. The windows and the patio doors are the ones that were there when they were built. You can hear the wind whistling in when it blows on all of them. They want fix them ! The ceilings are crumbling in bathroom !!!

So we just went up in rent for “ upkeep and maintenance” for the apartments but we have the Grand Canyon for a parking lot, roaches as room mates, a pool for decoration can’t use. This place is so expensive for what it is.

Favorite apartment complex in the Shoals! Maintenance is very quick to respond and very helpful, from the smallest tasks to the largest emergencies! Landlady is super informative and easy to get in contact with. I was nervous when I first met her but she's actually very nice as long as you follow your lease and do what you're supposed to. Its a very reasonable price and though the walls are kinda thin, neighbors are considerate and friendly.

Paved driveway bumpy and rent not worth the the way the outside of the apartment looks. And it's a credit check for those.
