If I could give zero stars I would, After being here for just 6 months I would not recommend anybody moving to this apartment complex, there’s always trash in the parking lot.everything feels like it’s falling apart in the apartment (closet doors, dishwasher, washer/dryer) everything is so cheap and practically broken and not to mention the outdated blinds that are not up to code makes these apartments a very unsafe place for kids considering they may strangle themselves in the blind cords these should have been replaced years ago but because AM realty doesn’t care about their tenants they will do nothing about it. We can’t even take our dogs to the apartments dog park because nobody picks up their dogs poop. There’s absolutely zero amenities besides the dog park that’s full of poop. The

Uptown Charlotte!! Walking distance to everything. Nicely renovated. Laundry in units. Management is easy to work with and super cool if you’re cool with them. Easy to call home.

The apartments are nice, spacious enough, and renovated. The location is amazing if you like being in the thralls of the city! I've lived here for almost a year now and have no complaints with the area. 4th Ward Park is just down the street and easy to walk to. There is a Harris Teeter and a CVS only a few blocks away as well as a gas station right down the street. The downfall of the property is it has become increasingly dirty. The grounds are never picked up, trash spills out of the single dumpster what seems like 5 days a week, and the increase in pests is noticeable because of it. The trash used to be concealed behind a wall, but, since the walls removal, the residents get to gander at its unsightliness. Very nice apartments and close to everything!! The property management team is exceptional, Kait is a delight to work with. I highly recommend living here!!
