Four Corners Apartments

Lived there right when they started leasing. My car got towed for being on the line and no where near interfering with the car to my side. I never complained when they parked in my lane several times. Got a few packages stolen with cameras pointing to my door and management says, “there was no Amazon van around that time”. HOW DID MY PACKAGE GET THERE THEN? Gave them the correct time stamp of when my package was delivered as well. Walls are to thin, had consistent stomping/Loud noises from above us and it would never stop. Apartment doors are basically paper. Please save your self to not move here… management is horrible, lazy, and took $500 from us due to towing with very little time notice and never told me it was towed. DONT MOVE HERE!

I have been living here a little over a year and the property manager Cassie is an awesome help when having questions or concerns within the property! She also goes above and beyond and is picking up garbage within the property to make sure it stays nice and clean .

My experience with Four Corners was exceptional from start to finish. What truly sets them apart is their outstanding customer service from the friendly leasing staff (Delia & Olivia) to the efficient maintenance team, every interaction was met with professionalism and care. They pick and choose who they rent to .. I have a lawyer looking into this matter now .. Delia is an excellent person to work with . Always answers the phone good vibes & energy , I rent from this same apartment agency , & had had nothing but problems when I want to reach out to a person in the main office they ignore calls , or simply never have enough answers . I keep receipts of everything every phone call / email . I’m in the mist of moving to a better apartment complex & waiting on my lawyer to wrap up my case as we speak for racial Discrimination

This is the second apartment I’ve rented in Salem and I will absolutely be coming back! Located right next to the Food Trucks, Winco, and the freeway! Plus it’s QUIET!!!!! You can hardly hear your neighbors!!! It’s clean! Gated! And the management takes care of needs immediately!!! Highly recommend!
