Fountains Lee Vista Apartments

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for about 7 years, and over that time I’ve transferred units twice. Overall, my experience has been very positive. Like anywhere, there have been a few issues over the years, but what really stands out is how quickly and efficiently they were handled. Pest control has been well managed, the property is quiet, and the apartments are genuinely comfortable and easy to live in. I also really enjoy the community events they host, it makes the place feel more like a home than just an apartment. The staff truly makes a difference here. Managers Manny and Carmen are amazing, whenever there’s an issue, they’re immediately on top of it and make sure things get resolved. Excellent maintenance team led by Marc!! He is very quick to respond, attentive, and knowledgeable. Any time we have an issue with the apartment, he resolves it within 48 hours tops. We originally had an issue with the old ac unit here; however, he cleaned the vent, airway, outdoor unit, and eventually sent a replacing crew plus trimmers to clear out the area covered by plants outside. Within a week after we submit our first request, the ac situation was resolved. I just wanted to say we thank you so much Marc, for making us feel secured living here at fountains at Lee vista.

I have only lived here a few months, but since I have been here, I have seen so much dedication to the residents and the community from the entire team! But I want to give a special shout-out to a new Maintenance Tech named True. His professional demeanor and patience are key, but my favorite part, he explains what he has done AND cleans up after himself! He literally left it better than it was. Thank you!!!!

Lived here almost two years now, it is by far the noisiest place I’ve ever lived. Think living outside the city will bring quiet? Wrong. Nearly every single day there is a guy with a leaf blower bright and early. He’s there inexplicably for 10 hours. I have video. Oh 6:45 am? This is a great time to cut down trees in-front of people’s windows. The turn over rate is so high you’ll have construction on apartments on all sides of you at all hours. Which is crazy because the apartment you’ll live in will look like it hasn’t had work done in decades. Think night time will finally calm down? Nope! Nobody to enforce that common areas be cleared out at the appropriate hours so enjoy drunk people and kids screaming at 3 am. On top of that the gates we’ve been told will be up and running for months

I have lived here for over five years, and Carmen and Manny are excellent. They always take time to answer questions or address any issues I may have. What I like about the community is that the foliage is established, meaning plenty of mature trees provide shade during the hot summer months. The property does a good job of maintaining common areas, pools, and landscaping. They have resurfaced the roads, painted the buildings, put new roofs on all the buildings, and screened in all the balconies. Another great thing about living here is that every restaurant you can think of is close by, not to mention the airport is 10 minutes away, now on to the negative issues I have. 1. The gates being open 24/7. I just found out they have put in a high-tech solution and the gates should be fixed soon.
