They dont changes the carpet into you move out,so if you there for couple years tje carpet get filthy no matter h ow many times you wash it,and if get in bad condition.Some time the air condition broke and its a lot of water,thry dont care the bring a industrial fan to dry the carpet and they conect for days .and the carpet smell humid.
The best, fastest and polite maintenance person I've had since I started living in apartments 15yrs ago!
