Fountains at Palmdale

I used to live in the San Fernando valley I just moved here to the fountains and I could say it’s very peaceful, very pet and kid friendly . The tenants here are very kind and outgoing. The maintenance people are very on point about the repairs. They maintain the property clean from debris and trash. Miss Marlene and Miss Ruth are very helpful with the paperwork portion . If you’re looking for peace, quiet and comfort for your family, this is a place to go.

In-depth Review in 2025: I wish 2.5 stars was an option here. So I want to highlight the pros here first, having lived here for over a year now. Maintenance is very communicative and do a good job with any request that you submit. The leasing office staff is gradually improving, as they used to be poor (excluding the manager) throughout 2024. The Resident portal is easy to understand and works just as well as any major website. Lastly, I stand by this(For Antelope Valley quality of life standards) that this place is the most bang for your buck. There is free assigned parking, a lot of visitor parking, decent amenities outside, in-unit Washer/dryer alongside all other in-unit appliances, and a decent outside patio. I and my mom was searching for an apartment, but we found the Fountain. This is the best. Ruth and Marlene was very helpful. They made it easy for us. I will recommend this apartment.

I have been living here for over a year now and have received nothing but good service from Ruth and Marlene in the office they have provided both but speedy and accurate service. I needed to move into a bigger unit and Ruth worked diligently to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the type of living arrangements I wished for.
