Fountains at Lingo Cove Apartments

I absolutely hate these apartments, I can never come over to visit my mom due to never having anywhere to park !!! The same cars are always parked in guest parking, but somehow my mom got a threat that if my sister parks in guest parking again they will tow her vehicle because she has parked in Guest parking 3 times(im guessing you are only allowed 3 visits during the entire year lease). If we want to visit our mom we should be able to do so WHENEVER without being afraid of coming outside and our car is gone. I have taken plenty of photos of the same vehicles being in guest parking due to residents holding spots for other people who live in their home who DO NOT have an assigned spot. IF YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO GO BY RULES EVERYONE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE EVEN THE HISPANICS!!!!

I lived here for 5 years and never had a problem. From my experience, maintenance was fine and the manager Sol Lopez was great! I am a computer person so communicating via email was no problem for me and she always responded very fast and always resolved my concerns. The only bad thing for me was the parking issue especially when having guests visiting. For everything else, I have no complaints.

I’ve been living at the Fountains at Lingo cove for 9 years. My kids grew up here, and this is home to us. I have wonderful neighbors. The community is quiet. Anytime I put in a work order the maintenance is always on top of it, and he’s really nice. Ms. Lopez always responds quickly to my emails anytime I reach out to her. I’m very pleased with the staff at this community. Recertifications are very easy and are done online. Which makes life easier. The only down fall is that Concord doesn’t change the carpets till you move out. Kind of sucks I’ve been here with the same carpets since 2015. Kind of disappointing because after a certain amount of years this can cause respiratory issues. Luckily I have a driveway and a garage but can’t have that much guest if I want to throw a party because

Hello. I've been calling all day and no one answers. I've also emailed and nothing. I applied yesterday and today it says my application is on "hold". I'd like to know what that means. I see the "owner" just responded to a review (2 hours) ago so I know your in office or at least able to respond to my email. Please contact me. Thank you. UPDATE: I contacted the applications team and got clarity on my application. Unfortunately I was denied. Can someone please get back to me about getting my deposit of $350 refunded? I tried calling but no one is picking up. I also do not have an email address to get in contact with anyone. Please and thank you.
