Fountains at Cool Springs

Exceptional apartments! I have enjoyed my time here thus far. The application and move-in process was very easy and clear. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. Rachel, the property manager has been amazing and is very helpful! The complex is quiet. Not to mention, how NICE and modern the inside is. Location is great, right in the middle of town.

This has been such a great renting experience compared to the previous property and property management company I used to live with. Rachel, the property manager, is very quick and responsive when it came to the application and leasing process. Maintenance is quick to complete maintenance requests in the same day. The community has been quiet and clean. I do wish there are more dog waste stations to help encourage residents to keep the grounds clean.

I have lived in The Fountain apartments since August of 2025. I can honestly say that I have never lived in a place before where you can be assured that any problem or situation that may arise will be resolved promptly. That is due to the fact that they have such a brilliant and gracious manager Rachael and an extremely knowledgeable maintenance man John.I absolutely love my place and thoroughly enjoy looking at the Fountain, especially at night. I look forward to the summer months when I will be able to thoroughly enjoy the other residents and all the amenities that are available to each and everyone of us.PTL

I have had a pleasant experience living here thus far. Maintenance is always quick, grounds are clean. I do wish there were more dog pick up stations around the complex though.

The property is beautiful and is always kept clean. They are always upfront about their pricing on everything as well, no hidden fees or extra fees for anything! It’s amazing that you can utilize the amenities & not have to pay any additional fees for that. 😁
