Fountain Terrace

I liked the brand new apartment when I moved in. Property management was very friendly, knowledgeable about everything and were quick to respond to any issue. With the new management, I'm not able to get a conclusion to the fire alarms that chirp all night. This has been an ongoing problem but nothing's been fixed since it started during the start of summer. It's can send me countless sleepless nights, I have to listen to it while I work from home. The only other dangerous situation with this property is that we are joined by back streets with other properties and nothing, to date, has been successful with keeping these folks from filling out trash containers, throwing garbage out of their windows and missing the dumpster and the speeders have near missed several folks including myself.

I had the pleasure of staying at Fountain Terrace Apartments for 7 months, and it was truly a perfect experience. The location is unbeatable—just a five-minute drive from the city center and Walmart, which made my daily life so convenient. The apartment complex itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere that I loved coming home to every day. A special mention goes to the building manager, Hayley, who was absolutely amazing throughout my stay. She was always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about the residents. We recently moved to Fountain Terrace in October and have really enjoyed our experience. Things that I have loved: carpet is only in the bedroom, stainless steel fridge and new appliances, a large balcony, tons of closet space, and a lot of really amazing amenities. The dog park is HUGE and I am so excited to try out the pool this summer. There is also a gym, community area, and the location is so peaceful. We never hear our neighbors and everyone has been so friendly. This is a terrific place!

I was overly impressed by the management teams knowledge of the community and willingness to answer all of my questions during our tour as this will be my first apartment and Jordan really took the time to sit with me and make sure I understood everything. I can't wait to move in soon!
