Ant filled apartment upon moving in, asked the property manager about it and she questioned if I left food out when I literally moved in that same day and said they NEVER had pest issues. Once the exterminator arrived 4 days later they said they were there for the ROACHES. I exclaimed that I only had ants and asked for more details on how often they spray the property to which they indicated a standing monthly contract. Tons of rat traps among the property. Multiple unexpected water shut offs, at least 2-3 a month, not including the actual planned ones that we were given written notice of. Water was always rusty brown when pressure returned. Hardly ever room to dispose of trash/recycling in proper receptacles. Always covering the ground surrounding bins. No written notice for neighbori

Dodge this place like a bullet, the whole place is actually haunted, a demon roams the land. Units on 4650 burned down very recently (1 month ago) (2nd floor), the ones below it got flooded, horrible management, horrible compensation. Please don’t go here.

It's honestly amazing... It's unfortunate because a lot of reviews are leftover from a pretty awful previous property manager. Management now is killer. Upon my first day of getting keys I did a move-in inspection and noticed a few things. Within not even twenty minutes Maintenance was there to fix everything (a garbage disposal wasn't working, sink drain in bathroom wouldn't seal.) My dishwasher died on me in the first week and Maintenance was there to schedule the correct people and get my dishwasher fully replaced. The staff on site are friendly. And INCREDIBLY supportive and timely in their responses. They have made sure I feel comfortable, safe, secure, and settled. I initially applied when seeing an apartment ad posted in Facebook. Absolutely abhorrent management. On at least 3 separate occasions in the past two years they've shut the water off without notice. Once in the middle of making dinner and twice sometime early in the morning and had no way to shower. That's not to mention the several other times it's been shut off WITH a notice. If you do decide to live here, make sure to run the water for a few seconds before you use the sink or showers because the water is brown in the mornings. Good luck getting maintenance to fix anything. We've placed several work orders to have a simple closet door replaced/fixed. We gave up after the 3rd time and we just took the closet door off. They either failed to fix it, didn't show up, or showed up at a different time than the agreed upon time and I wasn't home. Even things l

Management is crooks, unorganized, and greedy. They suck at communication. Homeless come and try to look in people’s apartments to see if they are empty. Trash was all over the place. There’s never really parking because people like to have more than 2 cars. Mailboxes were being broken into. Random people would dig from The trash.
