Fountain Lake Apartment Homes

Been living here over 4 months now, it's a pretty nice place to live. The location; it's close enough to the main streets, i-69 as well as all the places you would want to go to, yet far enough away for it to be secluded from all the hustle. The place itself is well maintained and kept clean both inside and out and people residing here seem be friendly. The office is helpful and nice as well, and they respond to all requests quick and efficiently. The only downside so far is the outdated/missing appliances and the smell in the vents occasionally (has been decreasing recently though).

As of 12/22/25: said they'd be in my apartment on the 29. They come on the 22. When I go up to the office at 10am, they aren't there. When I called, they made fun of my PTSD, said I was ridiculous, and then hung up on me. I get it. My calls kept dropping too). They won't call me back. They locked the door and turned off the lights to avoid speaking to me. 12/15/25: I called again a few weeks ago about my water issue. Conveniently, they said they would have an update "within 24 hours" and they were going to CALL me. I told the woman over the phone, "no you won't. You'll 'forget' and I'll have to scramble at the last minute." Here it is weeks later and I did not receive any phone calls from them. These apartments are pretty affordable and spacious in comparison to others in town. We love the location, the pond, and the decent space we have. However there are a couple things that have disappointed us after living here for a year. When we moved in, in March 2024, they assured us that the broken elevator in our building would be fixed. It has now been over a year and absolutely no work has been done. This is very frustrating because we live on the third floor and it creates a hassle when having to carry heavy things up and down the stairs. We were also told the balconies would be replaced because they’re unsafe to stand on and still they have not worked on them. I had a friend live here, years ago. The apartments were really nice, from what I had seen and have only gotten better from what I've heard. The property itself is tucked in a quite little oasis and well maintained. It's got a lot of curb appeal, but its not so flashy that you feel uncomfortable driving into a friend's place or home. The views are incredible of this tiny piece of paradise. Highly recommend checking them out.

I have not been here but 4 months. Office staff is helpful. We had a few maintenace issues that were worked out quickly except one that still needs fixed. Also they are updating flooring in the hallways. They are incomplete at this time so not sure how well I can rate that.
