If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. What is the point of having an emergency after-hours phone line if no one actually responds or comes out to help? Instead, I was asked to troubleshoot the problem myself even though I’m not a maintenance worker and I don’t get paid to do that. Right now, I have water leaking all over my bathroom, and the level of service from this company is completely unacceptable. This is supposed to be a professional service, yet the lack of urgency and support says otherwise. And what makes it even worse is the double standard. If your rent is late, they want to give you an attitude and won’t reason with you even when you haven’t been late a single time in the entire two years you’ve been with this company. These people took my money and wasted my time for weeks now trying to get into a safe home. Then after double booking a house they gave my house away to someone else and offered me a bug infested slum apartment. If you can't figure out how to open an email maybe you shouldn't be working in an office. These people are insanely unqualified and condescending.

I’m writing to express my concern about the repeated poor customer service I’ve experienced when calling your office. While I do not know the name of the employee who typically answers the phone, I’ve noticed that she often responds with an attitude, is short, and sometimes speaks in a condescending manner when I ask questions or raise concerns. As a tenant who pays rent on time and complies with all the expectations set by your company, I believe I deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. It’s disheartening to feel dismissed or talked down to whenever I need assistance. I hope this issue can be addressed appropriately, as I would like to continue having a positive and professional relationship with your team moving forward.

The ladies in the office are nice and very helpful. The office on Macon Road has an easy process to view any of their properties with a key in hand. They provide paper copies with a list of their properties in a bin conveniently right outside of their front door. Very impressed with the customer service that the ladies naturally provide. I also liked the check list they ask you to fill out when you view any of their properties. I felt comfortable answering all of the questions in the list; it is actually pretty genius of them to have the renters checklist be an initial part of the prospective rental process! !
