Foundations at Austin Colony

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Foundation Communities at Austin Colony. The property is always well maintained, clean, and peaceful. The office staff is professional, friendly, and truly cares about the residents. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, the team responds quickly and respectfully. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and they always do a great job. I really appreciate the welcoming environment and the sense of community here. 0 STARS My wife and I were very disappointed and frustrated to find out that our apt we reserved about two months ago was not ready on time. We had completed, submitted all paperwork and paid on time. When I reached out a few days before, I was told that all was set for my moving in which was clearly not the case. We had to modify last minute moving personnel, truck rental reservation and had to reschedule furniture delivery. Plus we had to clean it ourselves after they installed carpet and floor. Add the dishwasher does not work and request has been submitted along with Property manager notified about it and no response yet. NOT acceptable and very unprofessional.

It’s been 3 months since we moved in, like every new place me and my family had to adjust to the new place. We had a few minor bumps along the way but thanks to Olivia from the leasing office, our move in and other minor problems we looked at and fixed. The apartments are spacious and well built. Plenty of parking, great pool and well equipped gym. If your looking for an apartment here first look for Olivia, that will make your experience all the more smooth and less stressful. Ps there’s a dog park, basketball court, gazebo with propane grilling and the pool is well equipped.

Olivia was great to work with, very helpful and patient. The apartments are well taken care of and maintenance does a good job. Edwin and Hector are always quick to respond when needed.

I just wanna give thanks to Olivia and being professional and being a great worker at Foundation At Austin Colony. I feel it’s a great place to live. And they go out their way to help people to get help with financial needs. They’re good with the maintenance in my apartment ect. Keep up the good work.
