Forum Apartments

I loved living here! Laura was the most stellar landlord, she really does a lot to maintain a nice community environment. I would gladly rent here again. My only complaint is that when I moved out, I had a few extra charges. That is to be expected, but the images they sent as proof were not even from my unit. The window has a different view and the heater is in a different place.

The Forum Apartments have been my new home since 2019, when I returned to work PNW. It matched my goals 1). Public Transportation, no car needed, 2). Close to work, 3). Easy recycling (Apt has), 4). Well-managed, 5). Pet Friendly.

From Day One, I absolutely loved living at this place. From the cute apartment with a full-sized fireplace, to the calming, beautiful water feature, this place fulfilled my needs perfectly. I always felt safe living in this secured, gated community, even though it's right off of Center Street. I've read disparaging comments about management, but I absolutely LOVED Ms. Rose and I appreciated her consistency and fairness in making sure everybody abided by the rules that are intended to keep everyone safe and healthy. I think those who left negative comments probably don't like rules to begin with. Their loss - this is a great place, and I would live there again!

Forum Apartments in Salem, OR is a well managed property set in a great location. It offers tons of amenities and the owners are always trying to make things better. But, THE BEST thing about this place is the Property Manager, Rose. she is so kind, helpful, hard working and always finds the time to tend to the needs of the tenants. pros -Friendly residents -Free Garage parking -Kind manger -Great Location -Safe and Gated complex -Close to the Downtown cons - Old appliances. - Wooden complex. -Small Kitchen. - High upfront deposit and it takes them 30 days after your leaving to give you back your money (I'm still waiting...:( ).

This is our third year at the Forum and we love it! Apartment manager Rose is awesome, she works so hard to make sure everyone is happy, and that your apartment is 100% She deserves a medal! Any work orders get fixed promptly and professionally. The owners John and Sonja also work hard to make sure the tennants are happy, and are very friendly when they are on site. They are very fair and helpful and run a fun Christmas lights competition every year with great prizes and community spirit! Great place!
