I moved in right when the building first opened in August 2024. I’ve had a really great experience living at 4650 Broadway. What makes this building stand out is the people. Everyone feels responsible and consistent. The front desk team is so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They handle questions and packages smoothly and always make the lobby feel welcoming. Management is also excellent: emails are answered quickly, and the tone is always respectful. You can tell they think from a resident’s point of view and try to solve problems instead of passing you around. Maintenance has been reliable too—issues are addressed efficiently, and the staff are careful and considerate when they come in. I moved in to 4650 recently, and it has exceeded all expectations. The application and lease process was seamless, thanks to Christie, Sydney and Ninel. From seeing the unit to moving in took just over a week, and it could have been faster if I needed! Joel greeted me on move-in day. Everything was ready and it couldn’t have been easier. Joel, Jermel and Anthony are incredibly welcoming. I don’t know how they remember everyone’s names and apartment numbers! I absolutely love the gym. I’m pretty picky when it comes to gyms and have never seen an apartment gym with this variety of equipment, particularly the squat racks and Peloton bikes / rowers. I work from home a lot, and am finding the coworking lounge to be a great way to get out of the apartment. All of that across the street from N

I had a really wonderful year living here. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall community feels warm and welcoming. There’s a great grocery store right next door, which made daily life so convenient. Throughout the year I lived here, the building kept improving，from better package management to upgraded access control, which made everything feel more secure and well organized. I also really liked the in-unit facilities, especially the lighting around the mirrors, which might sound small but made a big difference in everyday comfort. Overall, I was genuinely happy living here and have very positive memories of my time in this building. I truly appreciate the experience and the community.
