Let’s see if they can turn this around. Moved in after confirming with them the house I am renting needed to be cleaned. You know, they expect the spaces we rent to be pretty darn clean when we move out so I definitely expect it to be fairly clean with no dead bugs throughout the home when I move in. The cleaning was done but definitely a $20 sweep and wipe down. Oh well. I also confirmed that the fireplaces needed to be professionally maintenances prior to moving in. I had to bring it up three times after moving in before they admitted it wasn’t completed and that they would only do one of the two fireplaces. Disgraceful. We lastly confirmed the garage needed to be power-washed because the previous tenants stained it with oil and grease which is a major hazard. They claimed they had th

We have been renting from fortune real property for over 5-6 years and I have nothing but amazing experiences. Anytime you need something they respond quickly and efficiently, even if you don’t need anything they are sending out reminders or FYIs. So pleased with the management and haven’t even thought about leaving!! lol 🫶🏼

They managed a property of ours and were quick to let us know of any problems so our tenants were taken care of. It's not easy being the middleman between owner and tenant, but they did well by us.

I have been living in one of there properties for about 6yr or more and everyone in there office is so warm and welcoming and friendly. They don't make you wait for maintenance they get right to it I really love them as a company and the owners are always very polite and professional.
