Victoria M. was absolutely Fabulous! She did a lot of work in the beginning for us to find a rental. We were pleased to the max with the option she had for us. She even worked outside of regular hours to ensure we found something. It broke my heart, when we switched to a different agent, because of all her efforts. My husband and I unfortunately ended up going with a separate home under the same company assigned to a Mr Nick Powell. Both agents have worked hard to get us everything we need and help us get to the finish line! Fortified dreams helped us take a lot of work out of an out of state move. Loads of time has been saved and stress lifted off our shoulders. If you’re looking for a rental in NC, as a renter client, I 10/10 recommend you give these agents a call and let them help you!

They have been managing our portfolio for almost two years. They are the best in marketing and getting properties rented quickly which increases your bottom line the most. They are also very tech forward which makes it easy to get reports, makes it easy for tenants to pay their rent online, makes it easier for tenants to move in, makes it easier to keep up with property conditions. Whether you have one rental property or several hundred they have the ability and skill to manage the properties effectively. I don’t have enough great things to say about this firm.

Hired these people when they were 4th dimensions to manage my Greensboro portfolio. Just to keep it simple without too much details…THEY WERE THE WORST IVE EVER DEALT WITH and I’ve been a landlord/owner across multiple states for many years! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! Especially if you’re an owner!

Fortified staff is very friendly and helpful. The reason I don’t give 5 stars is because their house (6421 Ashton Park Dr Greensboro NC) has a tremendous mold issue that they aren’t willing to fix. My family and I were looking for a new home and loved the aesthetic of the house until we found mold during our walk through. We paid for an air quality test and the results were horrifying to read through. After giving the showing agent the results, his response was “would you guys still be interested in renting.” No type of investigation or any empathy for their mold issue… Complete turn off for us. Oh, and we have a new born which was very insensitive. The company is probably great but do your research on their properties.

Recently used Fortified Dreams Properties Solutions couldn’t be more pleased. Pm Jeannie is always responsive and swift in her approach. Highly recommend to anyone looking for first class management services!
