‼️ Consider Carefully Before Renting Here‼️ My father lived in this complex before his passing, and our experience with management was deeply disappointing. After his passing, my sister and I spent several weeks cleaning out his apartment. During that time, management was consistently unavailable, despite posted office hours. Calls were never answered or returned, and multiple visits to the office revealed other tenants also struggling to reach them regarding various issues. The level of disorganization was astonishing. Additionally, we discovered that my father was being charged for a garage he never had. When we were finally able to reach a manager, they insisted that he had a designated garage. However, when we went to check, we found another tenant using the space for his vehicle as

The furnace should have been red tagged before I moved in. Instead they put people's lives at risk by having to replace the control panel and igniter more than once because of incompetence. They advertise some utilities are included at the time the lease was signed. They are violating the lease agreement by billing us for the utilities they claim are included. Don't rent here. Management, conservice utilities and maintenance are trafficking in the rows of garages. 🚩Don't pay with cashier's checks

I have lived here for just over 6 years and have loved being here. The apartment is excellent and the maintenance is awesome. We have had a few different managers and they have been professional and very helpful. * After this review, things changed drastically. Our new manager has absolutely no people skills and makes sure everyone is ready to move out. First rent was raised with no for warning or explanation. While it probably wasn't her wild idea to raise rent she could have called a meeting to explain and answer question. Then the clean up outside notices started hitting everyone. Mine was because I had a camp chair on my breezeway. It was a nice, clean chair but it wasn't "patio " furniture. I got a 3-day eviction notice because of it. I had already given notice thati was moving.
