Dear Management Team, This email serves as formal notice regarding the ongoing failure to remove snow from the parking lot and my front porch following the snowfall that occurred approximately 10 days ago. Although a few houses were partially cleared, these common and primary access areas remain unsafe and inaccessible. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests for snow removal and have received no response or action. The continued presence of snow and ice presents a serious slip-and-fall hazard and may constitute a violation of local property maintenance and safety codes. As the property owner/management company, you have a legal responsibility to maintain safe conditions for tenants and visitors.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff did an excellent job during the snow—everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and resident safety was clearly a priority. Ebony deserves special recognition for her exceptional customer service. Anytime I go into the office, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. She always makes sure questions and concerns are handled with care. Overall, a well-managed community with a staff that truly goes above and beyond.

I've been at Fort Chaplin for 7 years now and I have never seen management handle things the way they are now. When I first moved in things were handled swiftly and in a timely manner. Now it is so hard to get a hold of maintenance for the smallest things. I reported that somebody accessed my apartment without notification to the management (I'm sure it was someone from the maintenance office) and they acted like they did not care and told me to take it up with mpd. My heat has been off since last Thursday 1/29/2026 and I have had to call and leave messages every day with the rental office for someone to come out and they still have not. They should be calling their residents and letting them know these things, but they expect you to do their job. The weather has been below freezing since

My experience living here has been nothing but horrible. The apartments are infested with mice and roaches I even had to leave my brand new couch behind because of it. The rats outside have completely taken over the pool area, and the pool wasn’t even open during the summer. The staff is nice at first, but they quickly become nasty and completely unprofessional. The pictures they advertise are misleading. When the snow fell, no one even shoveled. If you’re thinking about renting here, PLEASE save yourself.
