Moved us into 2 different broken decrepit unlivable houses. In the second one right now and I've had a work order in to fix problems for 4 months without any solution to it. Pipes just started leaking onto the floor in the basement and making the whole house smell rank. This house is literally falling apart and unlivable. Absolutely terrible living conditions don't even bother moving onto the base in this area.

The worst housing i have had to deal with. They will not own up to issues with units and all management will do everything to make sure they have themselves covered no matter what. Management is scared to talk with clients in person and just atick to black and white even though the bbc organization is completely faulty they will screw over military personnel quickly if you use them make sure you cover absolutely everything and get lease reviewed by legal before signing

When we moved in in July of 2024, the house was dirty, glass all in the yard, found ladies' nails in the dish washer, and holes in the walls.
